Shipping

  • Processing time: Products typically ship within 5–7 business days.
  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
  • Address changes: Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to update it, contact us ASAP — we’ll help if it hasn’t shipped yet.
  • Lost / delayed packages: Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it’s outside our control — but we’ll still do everything we can to help you locate it.

Pro tip: If you’re ordering for a specific date/event, give yourself a buffer.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you stoked with your gear. If something’s off, we’ll make it right.

  • Return window: Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Final sale items: Discounted / clearance items may be final sale.
  • Exchanges: Need a different size? Contact us and we'll make it right.
